We are a friendly inclusive group and welcome everyone to our spiritual fellowship who wishes to explore studying the Urantia book together.
We welcome everyone, new and old, to our spiritual fellowship. We nurture a culture of divine values and personal spiritual growth through love, prayer and worship, study, service, and applied knowledge. Through many years of study together, we have become a loving spiritual family and enjoy welcoming newcomers to the family.
Our study group alternates between sequential Paper study and fascinating topical studies like an investigation of the dual nature of Jesus, a deep dive into the Supreme Being, a soaring exploration of the mortal ascension path to Paradise, and a study of the nature and process of personal decision-making in terms of moral and spiritual choices.
We have members from Santa Barbara, Ventura, Thousand Oaks and Santa Paula to mention the main areas, so we meet on Friday evenings twice a month in Santa Paula at the Callahan home, and twice a month in Santa Barbara at the home of Maureen Amato Mayes. Our format is round-robin sharing of our week and how we are applying the teachings to our lives, an opening prayer or moment of silence, followed by reading and animated discussion with a closing circle of light. Light refreshments provided.
